ETA BETA Warranty its important

Products Covered and Duration of Warranty

This Warranty of ETA BETA, is limited to only ETA BETA products manufactured or distributed by ETA BETA. The term “product” means a ETA BETA alloy wheel, parts, accessories or any other products sold by ETA BETA. The products purchased shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment by ETA BETA.

Production
ETA BETA’s wheels are designed, manufactured and tested according to the E.T.R.T.O standards and the rigid TUV and KBA regulation. Each new wheel is produced and manufactured using new parts and materials.

Warranty
ETA BETA warrants that the product you have purchased from ETA BETA or a ETA BETA authorized reseller is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the day of shipment from ETA BETA, or the date purchased from an authorized dealer. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser, however It is transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you, only once. It excludes all changeable parts.

All new ETA BETA alloys come with a complete 24 months quality guaranty, which covers any defects caused by manufacturing, assembly faults, or any defects from craftsmanship from the original date of purchase. Defects which require repair, to bring product/s to original manufactures functionality will be repaired. If the required parts are unavailable or the product cannot be repaired to manufacture specification during the warranty period, where repair can not be carried out or if the product is no longer available, ETA BETA will replace with a product of the same caliber or higher.. The Dealer/retailer where the product was bought would have supplied a receipt or proof of purchase with a date and an authorized stamp for the warranty to become valid. If you have a warranty card from ETA BETA UK a receipt is not necessary.

Liability
ETA BETA will repair or replace a product that should fail within warranty period, as described in the above paragraphs. ETA BETA will not be held liable for any other party or for any damages caused by the result from failure of Any ETA BETA product. ETA BETA will not the Liable for any loses which arise from product failure which includes profit loses, saving loses, lost data, or inability to use the product. As stated above, ETA BETA will not be liable for more than the amount of your purchase product price. This excludes, taxes added, shipping and handling charges. If faulty products are sent to ETA BETA, we will not be liable if the product goes missing during transit. You are liable for all goods until it reaches us, we strongly recommend good are sent via a recorded or insured post. Alternatively you can take the defect product to one of our authorized dealers
This Warranty extends only to products purchased new from ETA BETA or a ETA BETA’s authorized resellers. This Warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse or abuse; (b) as a result of an act of God; (c) by operation outside the usage parameters stated herein; (d) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by ETA BETA; (e) by modification of the product; (f) as a result of war or terrorist attack; or (g) as a result of repair or service by anyone other than ETA BETA or ETA BETA’s authorized reseller or authorized agent.

What is not covered by this warranty?
Exclusions -
ETA BETA warranty will cover any defects discovered in any of it own branded product, and does not offer warranty for other brands of products which may be sold with or associated with ETA BETA products. ETA BETA will repair it's product according to manufacture recommendations at an authorized repairer. Any ETA BETA product which has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized dealer will automatically void the manufactures warranty.

What is not covered:-

• Product purchased from anyone other than ETA BETA UK or a ETA BETA UK authorized reseller.
• Product purchased outside the United Kingdom*.
• Changeable parts parts such as nuts, bolts, and valves.
• Damage from misuse, abuse or neglect.
• Damage from use of acidic fluids other than ETA BETA approved fluids.
• Damage from use of parts not manufactured or sold by ETA BETA.
• Damage from modification.
• Damage from repair or replacement of warranted parts by a service provider other than a
ETA BETA authorized service provider.
• Damage to the alloy wheel caused by fitting a tyre
• Damage from failure to perform preventative maintenance. (Such as regular cleaning from attack caused by brake dust and road salts)
