- Salary
We know that employees who feel valued and motivated are essential to our success. Knowing that your salary is competitive is a big part of this. ETA BETA UK conducts regular salary surveys and one to ones with employees so that our salaries are competitive.

Our annual salary awards are related to our ETA BETA UK Performance and any increase in salary is related to your performance. Therefore, the more you contribute the more your salary could increase.

- Annual leave
We have a good annual leave entitlement to ensure a nice and comfortable work-life balance. Employees are entitled to 25 days' annual holiday. The offices close at Christmas, so 3 days of your entitlement (dependent on when Christmas falls) must be set aside to cover this period. You can request up to three weeks' leave at any one time and carry a maximum of 5 days forward into a new leave year. Extra days are awarded in relation to length of service.

- Company perks
Some employees at ETA BETA UK are entitled to a company car, cell phone, laptop, PDA, camera, etc. Some of these are required for some positions. You can choose any car, subject to some insurance-related restrictions.

Field-based roles are entitled to a company car and in some cercumstances it's manatotry too. New employees who are entitled to the above have the equipment waiting for them from day one.
